Terms and Conditions:
1. Liability Waiver:
o KBR Powersports is not responsible for any theft, fire, or damage that may occur to the vehicle while it is in our possession. The customer acknowledges and accepts the risk of leaving the vehicle with KBR Powersports.
2. Payment and Pickup Policy
o Upon completion of the service or repair, the customer will be notified. The customer has two (2) weeks from the notification date to pick up and pay for the vehicle in full.
o If the vehicle is not picked up and paid for within the initial two-week period, a storage fee of $50 will be charged for each additional week the vehicle remains unclaimed. This fee will be added to the customer’s bill and must be paid in full at the time of pickup.
o For example, if the vehicle is picked up three weeks after the initial two-week period, the customer will be charged an additional $50 (1 week x $50 per week) on top of the original service bill.
o If the vehicle remains unclaimed and unpaid for a period of two (2) months, KBR Powersports reserves the right to file a mechanic’s lien on the vehicle. The vehicle may be sold or otherwise disposed of to recover the costs of the service, storage fees, and any associated legal costs.
o No vehicle will be allowed to leave the KBR Powersports facility until the service bill, including any storage fees, has been paid in full.
3. Agreement
o By signing providing their digital signature, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
